If you are an STC customer, type in “9988” and sent it to 900 or 902. You can check the details even if you are not an STC customer. For non-STC customers, you can call at +966112907907 and talk to the customer representatives.
If you are a mobily customer, you can get to know the number of SIM cards registered under your Iqama by sending a blank SMS to 616166.
If you are a Zain customer, you can get the details by sending a blank SMS to 700123. For Virgin mobiles, you will need to call the customer service for getting the vital information.
Apart from sending blank texts to some numbers, you can also check the details from your couch through the internet. Here is the procedure for checking the number of SIM cards registered using Iqama status card.
- Log on to CITC website:- Link
- Don’t get freaked out by seeing the website language which is Arabic, you can change the language to English by clicking on the drop-down button.
- Now enter your Iqama number /Muqeem number and press search.
- Now you will be asked to enter your mobile number. Do it and press continue.
- After waiting for few seconds, you will get a 4 or 5 digit verification code on your registered phone number.
- Enter the phone verification code and press “Continue”.
- The page will revert with all the registered phone numbers from STC, Zain, and Mobily.
Go through the provided details, if you find any suspicious phone number registered with your Iqama information. You should immediately contact the customer service for canceling the SIM. As of now, there is no method to cancel a SIM card online or through a phone. You will have to do the procedure in person.
